1. Shipping Partners

We ship all orders through our trusted logistics partners like Shiprocket, DTDC etc., which works with leading courier companies across India to ensure timely deliveries.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India (PAN-India serviceable pin codes).
International shipping is available on request.

3. Shipping Timelines

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on orders above ₹499.
For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or government restrictions. We will keep you updated in such cases.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund after verifying with the courier.
