At Moda Berrinche, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.

• Certain items such as sale items, discounted products, or personalized/custom orders are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We currently allow exchanges only for size issues/defective items.

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via request form below..

4. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service via our logistics partner Shiprocket.

5. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
